Villa Los Prados — Expansive Santa Fe Estate with Pool & Mountain Ambiance

Set on four private acres along the historic Old Santa Fe Trail, Villa Los Prados is an exceptional five-bedroom estate that combines classic New Mexican architecture with spacious contemporary living. Located less than 1.5 miles from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, this impressive retreat offers privacy and tranquility while keeping the city’s renowned restaurants, galleries, shops, and cultural attractions within easy reach.

Throughout the home, traditional Southwestern details create a distinctive sense of place. Exposed vigas, white diamond-plaster walls, soaring ceilings, and an impressive collection of Western and Native American art are complemented by expansive windows that fill the interiors with natural light and showcase beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

The spacious living and dining areas share a central gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting gathering space. Each of the home’s five bedrooms also features its own gas kiva fireplace, bringing classic Santa Fe ambiance to the private accommodations.

Villa Los Prados features five king-size bedrooms, including two luxurious primary suites. A separate guest wing includes three additional bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. These guest rooms share access to a portal, creating a comfortable semi-private area where guests can relax while remaining connected to the rest of the home.

The large kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining, with an expansive center island and beautiful views of the enclosed backyard. The adjoining dining area provides plenty of room for shared meals, while the outdoor portal extends the experience outside with additional dining and seating areas and a large grill.

For evenings at home, the spacious media room provides plenty of seating for the entire group to gather for a movie or the big game. Floating shelves display a collection of Native American pottery, continuing the artistic character found throughout the residence. A full bathroom is conveniently located beside the media room, particularly useful for guests returning indoors from the hot tub.
