WE RECOMMEND THAT THE HEAT ISSUES BE RESOLVED BEFORE YOUR NEXT CUSTOMERS THERE ALSO HAVE TO WEAR THEIR COLD WEATHER JACKETS INSIDE THE CASITA #4 at 634 Garcia Street.
Thank you for providing us with the use of this house, it was temperamentally imperfect but yet perfectly useful "home base" for our vacation.
Casas de Santa Fe
This is a very good location with excellent furnishings and kitchen and bath supplies.
Access and parking are convenient and privacy is good.
We appreciate the fine craftsmanship and Santa Fe interior details.
Except for our comments below this is a comfortable happy home away from home.
The following need attention:
The toilet paper holder is loosely fitted to the wall and will not support itself.
The radiant heating system is inconsistent, difficult to adjust and unreliable.
We are familiar with radiant heating as our home is heated with a radiant heating system.
Several trips have been made to satisfy our complaints, after one week of our stay, the living room now reaches 70 degrees.
Previously we wore our jackets in the evening.
When we first arrived the hall/bath thermostat was responsive but it currently does not bring the temperature to the setting.
Nick, and others were quick to "try" ... however, the heating system was inconsistent for all but 1 night of our stay.
