The main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, its own cozy fireplace, private patio access, and an en-suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and offers generous closet space, while the third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds with four twin-size beds, making it a flexible option for children or additional guests.

Adding even more versatility is a separate one-bedroom studio with a queen-size bed. The studio can be accessed from inside the main house or by a separate exterior staircase near the front entrance, allowing guests to enjoy additional privacy while remaining connected to the rest of the property.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals at home, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A wet bar provides an additional space for entertaining, while two televisions offer options for relaxing at the end of the day.
