Perched on a hillside just northeast of historic downtown Santa Fe, this recently updated three-bedroom Fort Marcy condo offers spacious accommodations, beautiful mountain views, and convenient access to the best of the City Different. Whether you’re visiting for a quick getaway, a ski trip, or a longer Santa Fe stay, the home provides plenty of space to settle in and relax.

Updated in early 2023, the condo features a comfortable main level with a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and convenient powder room. The open layout makes it easy to gather for meals, conversation, or a quiet evening after exploring the city.

Entertainment is easy with four flat-screen TVs, including one in the living room and one in each bedroom. High-speed Wi-Fi and cable television are also provided, keeping guests connected and entertained throughout their stay.

Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms open onto balconies with beautiful views toward the eastern mountains and Santa Fe’s ski slopes, creating an inviting place to take in the surrounding scenery.

Two full bathrooms are also located upstairs, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

For year-round comfort, the condo is equipped with four mini-split heating and air-conditioning units. Each of the three bedrooms has its own mini-split unit, and an additional unit is located in the living room, allowing guests to independently adjust the temperature in the home’s primary living and sleeping areas.

Guests also have access to the Fort Marcy communal swimming pool, subject to availability. Parking is available nearby, with curbside parking as well as off-street spaces located a short walk from the condo.

The location makes it easy to enjoy both downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding mountains. The historic Plaza is approximately a 10- to 12-minute walk, putting restaurants, galleries, museums, shops, and cultural attractions within convenient reach. During ski season, Ski Santa Fe is less than a 30-minute drive away, making the condo an excellent home base for combining time on the mountain with everything downtown has to offer.

The property is also conveniently situated for travelers using NM 285 and NM 599, providing easy access for day trips and adventures beyond Santa Fe.
