We so appreciate that this was a pet friendly property with a large, fenced yard where the dogs could roam safely. The house really does have the most amazing views way up on a mountain, which made it cooler in the summer. We liked that we were close to our favorite hiking trails, yet it was so easy to get to town. The house was very comfortable for our group. The main house has 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (Anyone sleeping on the fold out sofa in the game room would not have a bathroom nearby.) The guest house was well equipped with its own washer/dryer and kitchenette which was nice when our in-laws stayed a few nights. We did have a maintenance issue during our stay, but the management company and owner were very responsive to do their best to address the situation. We hope to make this our go-to place when traveling with our dogs in Santa Fe.
