Set in Santa Fe’s historic Eastside, Casita Saiz is a charming one-bedroom adobe retreat that pairs traditional Southwestern character with thoughtful modern updates. Ideally situated between the historic Santa Fe Plaza and renowned Canyon Road, both less than a mile away, this peaceful casita makes it easy to experience the art, dining, shopping, and culture of the City Different.

Recently renovated, Casita Saiz retains the warmth and character of its adobe roots while providing contemporary comforts throughout. The cozy living room features comfortable seating, a 43-inch Smart TV, a dedicated desk for remote work or trip planning, and a mini-split heating and cooling unit for year-round comfort.

The full kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home and includes a refrigerator with an ice maker, full-size stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. Complimentary coffee and tea are also provided for a relaxing start to your morning.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed, complete with moisture- and bacteria-resistant mattress and pillow covers. Touch-control bedside lamps with USB ports make charging devices convenient, while two generous closets and a full-length mirror provide plenty of space to unpack and settle in.

Step directly from the bedroom onto a private patio and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in peaceful views toward the Sangre de Cristo foothills. An additional shady outdoor patio provides another inviting place to relax after a day of exploring Santa Fe.

Contemporary Native artwork adds color and character to the interiors, reflecting the owners’ connection to Santa Fe’s vibrant cultural and artistic community. Outside, a traditional coyote fence surrounds the casita, creating a private and distinctly Southwestern setting.

Fresh bed linens, oversized hand towels, and bath towels are provided for your stay. The property also includes two dedicated off-street parking spaces conveniently located near the front door.

Casita Saiz is approximately a 4-minute drive or 15-minute walk from both the Santa Fe Plaza and Canyon Road, placing galleries, museums, restaurants, boutiques, and historic attractions within easy reach while still providing a quiet place to retreat at the end of the day.

Please Note: Maximum occupancy is two guests. Pets are not permitted—no exceptions. Exterior security cameras are installed on the property.
