Handcrafted New Mexican furnishings, hardwood floors, traditional viga ceilings, and multiple fireplaces create an inviting retreat filled with authentic Southwestern charm.

The spacious living room is centered around a wood-burning kiva fireplace, providing a cozy gathering place for relaxing after a day of exploring the City Different. Traditional furnishings and architectural details give the space a distinctive sense of place, while a flat-screen TV offers entertainment for quieter evenings at home.

The dining room features its own gas fireplace, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere for shared meals with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, and standard coffee maker, providing the essentials needed to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely dinner.

The main house features four thoughtfully decorated bedrooms with flexible accommodations for families and groups. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, while two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room featuring one double bed and one twin bed, making it a particularly convenient option for younger guests or families traveling together. Flat-screen TVs are provided throughout the home for added comfort and entertainment.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. The inviting patio features ample seating, two large gazebos, and a BBQ grill, providing plenty of room to gather, dine outdoors, and enjoy Santa Fe’s beautiful high-desert climate. After a day of galleries, shopping, dining, or sightseeing, settle into the hot tub and relax beneath Santa Fe’s famously star-filled skies.

For larger groups, a separate one-bedroom guest house, Casita Paloma, may be available for an additional cost. The casita provides additional privacy and accommodations while remaining conveniently located on the same property. Guests staying in the main house and Casita Paloma share access to the hot tub area.

The home is equipped with evaporative cooling and heating for year-round comfort, along with television and internet access.

Best of all, the historic Santa Fe Plaza is approximately a 10-minute walk away. From the home, guests can easily explore Santa Fe’s renowned galleries, museums, distinctive shops, restaurants, historic architecture, and rich cultural offerings without having to venture far.
