we loved this property and would love to rent it everytime we're in Santa fe - we did leave comments regarding windows and lamps which need maintenance but comments were for management consideration and did not impact our enjoyment of 215 Harkins.

Wonderful house with a short walk to art, restaurants and the Plaza. Don't miss the City of Santa Fe trail from Cross of the Martyrs to Gonzalez Road loop. Tricky to find but beautiful. 3 mile loop.
We were made to feel welcome long in advance of our visit by emails, mailings, and instructions for our stay.
This is a lovely little house with a small but delightful courtyard. Whoever decorated this house did a great job. The art work, baskets, and other decorations were all good enough that we actually noticed them and were commenting on it, which isn't particularly normal in a rental! So kudos to whomever is doing the work. The little courtyard was also very well done, including a small waterfall. Because the house is in an out of the way corner of Santa Fe, the neighborhood was nice a quiet. Perfect for us (2 couples) as each bedroom has it's own bath. There is no "public" bathroom so any guests need to use one that's in a bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need. We loved that it was a 10 minute walk from downtown, about 14 minutes to the town square. We could leave the car parked at the house and walk to dinner every night. Anyone staying here should know that the house is located uphill on a narrow gravel road. This is why the 4 stars on location. The gravel road is not particularly good, it's quite steep, and getting into the garage proved challenging enough that we simply didn't use it after the 1st night. Also, people should know that you need to go by the management company to get keys and take them back at the end of your stay. There's no combination lock on the door. They are close enough that it didn't take too long but people should know this.
