"Requested to stay at Casa Atalaya and was assisted by Karmela Romero who helped with a few hiccups in scheduling our upcoming stay in October 2025. Karmela was extremely helpful and took care of all are needs in a expeditious manner. We are so excited to return to this property and cannot thank Karmela enough. Thank you, Karmela, for helping us with our reservation and cannot wait to return!

After nineteen years of visiting Santa Fe and staying all over town, we have found a property in Casa Atalaya that we will be leasing every time we can. We may even arrange our future visits around the availability of the property. It was that great.
The team was great. When they learned we were arriving around noon, they offered to let us check in early which was very helpful. We also needed to have a package delivered during our stay, the team offered to let us have the package delivered to the office rather than the house which again was very helpful.

Wonderful house for family gathering

The property provided spacious rooms, functional kitchen, plentiful gathering areas and aconvenient location near Canyon Road galleries and restaurants. Accessibility was somewhat challenging with the steep narrow driveway and elevator needed between the three floors, but the views and deck spaces facing many directions made any inconvenience worthwhile. Everyone in our group was delighted with this property.
