Angelita is a charming condo located in the historic Webster Compound on the east side of Santa Fe. With its timeless adobe structure, the building exudes the charm of a bygone era. Originally an artists' colony, it has hosted writers such as Willa Cather, Thor Heyerdahl, poet laureate Arthur Sze, weaver Ramona Sakiestewa, and author Stanley Noyes. The condo remains traditional in every respect, with flagstone floors featuring turquoise insets, handcrafted by Ann Webster.
Inside, the warm and inviting space boasts plaster walls, skylights, and viga and plank ceilings. The great room centers around a generously sized kiva fireplace with decorative tiles, framed by divided doors and windows. The dining area, situated near the kitchen, comfortably seats two and also serves as a convenient work area. The sleeping nook, positioned to enjoy a cozy view of the fireplace, is both intimate and inviting. A living area near the fireplace offers ample space for entertaining guests.
The kitchen is both functional and traditional, with built-in cabinets, shelving, and plenty of storage and counter space. From the condo, you can access a private patio nestled between adobe and rock walls, which leads to a serene garden space—perfect for relaxation.
The unit includes one designated parking space. Situated just a short distance from the Plaza, the heart of Santa Fe, this condo is within walking distance of many of the city’s notable sites, including Canyon Road, Downtown Subscription, as well as a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues.
