Where is Casas de Santa Fe located?
Our office is located in downtown Santa Fe.
How do we get into the property?
Casas de Santa Fe makes special arrangements for the keys and directions for each guest. Please inquire with Casas de Santa Fe for your specific requirements.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-In is 3:00 PM and Check-Out is 10:00 AM. We can, however, make exceptions if the property is available. Please contact Casas de Santa Fe for availability of your vacation rental property.
Is the home fully furnished?
All of Casas de Santa Fe rental properties are fully furnished complete with fully equipped kitchens including dishes, pots, pans, serving ware, utensils, silverware, glassware, coffee pot, blender, toaster, etc. Everything you need for entertaining - from a cocktail party to a dinner party can be found in each of our homes. Our bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, wash clothes, hair dryers, iron and ironing board. Linens, pillows and blankets are provided for each bedroom.
What credit cards do you accept for payment?
Casas de Santa Fe accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express, personal banking checks and cashiers checks for payment.
Is daily housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate but it can be easily arranged at the tenant's expense. Casas de Santa Fe requires each property to be deep cleaned upon a tenant's departure at the tenant's expense after each tenancy. Prices vary for each property. For a tenancy 30 days or longer, we require at least one interim cleaning during your stay at the tenants expense.
Are pets allowed?
Many Casas de Santa Fe properties permit a small dog. Other homes do not allow pets. Please contact Casas de Santa Fe to find out about the pet policy for your vacation rental property. An additional departure cleaning fee and/or a security fee will charged for keeping a pet at the property. Charges vary for each rental property.
What supplies are included with the property?
General supplies are included in all of Casas de Santa Fe's properties. Supplies include: firewood, dish soap, laundry soap, paper products such as Kleenex, toilet tissue and paper towels. The supplies are provided to you for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In addition, each bathroom is supplied with luxury shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap.
Is there air conditioning in my rental property?
Most of Casas de Santa Fe's properties are equipped with evaporative cooling (water-based) or air conditioning (refrigerated air) systems. If you require cooling, be sure to request cooling at the time you make your reservation and your lease agreement will reflect the type of cooling with which the home is equipped.
Is there a fee for early check-in and late check-out?
Yes. There is a $50 fee for early check-in and a $50 fee for late check-out.
Is there internet and telephone service in the rental property?
Most of Casas de Santa Fe's properties are equipped with internet service and offer local telephone service. Long distance phone service is not included. Be sure to check with Casas de Santa Fe when making a reservation regarding the property's internet and telephone service. If you should require technical assistance with your computer, we have an IT consultant available to assist you. Is smoking permitted?
All of Casas de Santa Fe properties are NON-SMOKING. Please respect this policy.
